Adults can be defined as animals or human beings which have attained their maximum developmental stage. Adults are a social concept and a legal one in the human world. Contrary to the term "minor" as well as "non-adult", a legal-age adult is a person who is a an age at which they are majority. They are thought to be competent, responsible and independent. You can refer to them as"major. "major". The average age at which you can attain the legal age of adulthood is 18 but the definition can vary based on the legal rights of the country, and psychological development.

In the lifespan of an individual, adulthood refers to the age when a person is at the point of complete physical and intellectual maturity. The typical age for adulthood is age 21 or 20. Mid-life, beginning approximately 40 years of age, is followed by the age of 60 years. In adulthood there are three distinct phases The first is early adulthood (18-30 years) middle adulthood (30-60 years) and Late adulthood (60%-60%). Physical maturation has been completed at the point we are in the early years of adulthood (20-40s) however, the weight and height may increase slightly. Our physical capabilities are peaking at the age of young adulthood. It includes strength of muscles in addition to reflex time, the sensors, and the heart's function.
